Digicall Assist has launched our Emergency Assistance mobile web application into the Australia market, which offers our clients a professional, customised, interactive mobile solution for their customers to access. It provides immediate access to emergency and non-emergency services. The app will also allow clients to introduce new, existing and potential customers to their brand, products and services. The web application has been written using a white label approach, and uses an API to integrate with existing services – both internal and external.
