Youi inks deal with Digicall Assist as its roadside assistance partner
Youi has selected Digicall Assist as its roadside assistance partner, in a multi-year agreement announced today.
Digicall Assist will provide end to end case management and national roadside assistance services to all Youi’s comprehensive car insurance policy holders.
Youi is one of the only insurers in Australia that automatically includes roadside assistance in their car insurance policies, so it is critical for Youi to partner with a provider that can be relied on to deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
Digicall Assist CEO Michael Curtin said Youi chose Digicall Assist because of its strong track record in service excellence, and that the agreement demonstrated the increasing role of technology in enabling the right kind of customer experience at the roadside.

Motorists with Youi car insurance will be able to get assistance right across Australia for vehicle roadside repairs, lock-outs, flat tyres, flat batteries, emergency fuel and towing.
The agreement expands Digicall Assist’s position as a roadside assistance partner of choice within the competitive insurance sector.
