The Digicall Assist Service Provider Team of Luke, Janice and Mark have started their visits to Service Providers across the country. So far they have visited NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA, NT and WA! This is proving the perfect way to see regional parts of Australia and most importantly, connect with real world challenges and best practice solutions to roadside assistance for clients and customers.

The opportunity to meet key partners (our Service Provider Network) will be taken up in all states and territories. Wherever you are as a Service Provider to Digicall Assist we want to stay in touch either on the phone or face to face, working together to provide premium call centre tech systems, training and knowledge to customers before you help them at the roadside. Our support within the Digicall Team is available to you, on the ground, whenever you need it.
