Digicall Assist is re-certified for data security via IEC/ISO 27001:2013
Through a recent independent audit, Digicall Assist is proud to confirm our IEC/ISO 27001:2013 ISO Certification.
This data security certification affirms our modern, proactive and digitally focused approach to clients, customers and stakeholders for the Digicall Assist business. Put simply, Digicall Assist can be trusted to manage valuable third-party information including data, assets, intellectual property with protection from exposure and risk, proving that we take information security management seriously as part of our business ethos. CEO Michael Curtin notes that “Digicall Assist has put the work in to stick to a best practice system that employs people, processes and tools to form a recognised data framework”.
The major objective was to sign off a Provision of Incident Management services in line with the service levels agreed with clients, while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer data. The mindset of the Digicall Assist team was commended, with auditors stating that there was a ‘strong demonstration of commitment and the team had a positive outlook towards the audit process’. The team looks forward to the recertification process while constantly improving our information security procedures.
