Digicall Assist expands leadership team to support exponential growth
Digicall Assist has appointed Duncan Hardie as Chief Operating Officer, a newly created role that expands Digicall Assist’s leadership team at a time of exponential growth for the business.
Duncan has spent the last 11 years working for International SOS Group companies, including overseas as the Regional General Manager across the Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey since 2015. He has developed international markets and created new services, especially in the concierge and life style services space, driving strong business outcomes. Duncan brings deep experience and exceptional expertise across all aspects of client management, business development and operations, both in Australia and internationally.
As COO, Duncan is responsible for ensuring a continued strong focus on client and provider relationships, together with business development across Australia and New Zealand. Digicall Assist CEO Michael Curtin said, “I’m thrilled Duncan is joining Digicall Assist. He was part of our business when we were part of International SOS prior to May 2014 – he knows us, our team, our services and our clients. His appointment comes at a time of huge growth and opportunity for Digicall Assist. Duncan’s impeccable credentials and leadership experience strengthen our capability, as we drive ground-breaking customer experience outcomes for our clients.”
Duncan added, “Digital transformation, coupled with an overall enhanced customer experience continues to accelerate across all industries, and the assistance services sector is no exception. I’m very excited to join the Digicall Assist team as we help create the future for this important market in Australia and New Zealand.”
Duncan’s appointment is one of several new roles at Digicall Assist, to ensure it continues to meet and exceed client expectation as the business grows. This includes an additional four team leader roles within the Contact Centre, comprising two new specialists as well as two internal promotions. Further, a new customer experience manager has been appointed to bring additional depth to the client relations team, as well as a new role in the finance team. Further appointments will be made soon.
